PTA Reflections art contest - Call for entries
Reflections is an arts program run by the PTA designed to inspire creativity and boost confidence in students. The theme for this year's Art Contest is “I Am Hopeful Because…”
Have your child think about what makes them hopeful and they can create a piece that embodies that theme. They can record a dance, make a film, write a passage, compose a song, or create a picture. They can even enter in more than one category (see rules for more details: https://capta.org/resource/participant-forms/). The top winners have a chance to compete statewide and nationally!

Readafun | Reading fundraiser
Get lost in a story and raise money for the Walt Disney PTA while doing so! Have your student read books and log them in their personalized online profiles on ReadAFun. Students can answer comprehension questions and earn "Wisdom Coins" to customize their Owlvatars. You can also invite sponsors to make pledges based on how much your students read. Our school keeps 85% of funds raised!
Look for the personalized flyer that was sent home with your student for their personal username and password to log in and get started at www.ReadAFun.com
