BUSD Volunteer Form
volunteer during school hours
In order to volunteer on campus, during school hours, you must complete a Burbank Unified School District Volunteer Application (aka the "Raptor" form). Please note that you one of the requirements is to have a TB Assessment form (download that here) completed by a medical professional, and you should have this ready prior to submitting your application. Feel free to contact us with any questions!
We will have a medical professional available to complete these forms for you during the Welcome Back picnic on August 22.

Head over to the BUSD site to fill out your application. Be sure to have your TB assessment completed and signed by a medical professional, and digitally scanned, in order to submit your application.
